Unfortunately, they now fail Acid2 as a result.

1) The Acid2 reload bug is fixed in the latest nightlies.
2) The Acid2 reload bug isn’t a failure, it was a bad rendering on reload, which is not part of the test.
3) The Acid2 reload bug was not a regression as a result of recent Acid3 work.
I believe all of this is explained in the comment section on Dean’s blog that you linked.
WebKit reached 100% now! Best standards-compliant browser ever 😀
